The well designed and functioning mahogany kitchen accented by its chrome appliances, offers a fresh and pleasant area to create that culinary feast. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans and all cooking utensils, electric hob/oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster.

The opulent minimalist look of the property is no exception in the lounge area, consisting of a two seater, a three seater and an arm chair, all being of high quality dark burgundy leather (definitely the relaxing feel of luxury), with the use of Satellite TV and DVD player which has been provided for your entertainment. Beautiful oil paintings are lovingly placed in various rooms throughout the villas.

A very large WC is located on this floor for convenience, as well as a linen cupboard containing ironing equipment.

Split air-conditioning is provided for comfort all year round.

First Floor

The wide marble staircase with iron railings, takes you up to the first floor, where you will find the main bathroom furnished with cream tiles accented by a decorative boarder and slate effect, Italian tiled flooring, which compliments the clean simplistic style of the bath, sink and toilet.

A charming master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suit shower room in the same complimentary flooring as the bathroom with fresh white wall tiles. This bedroom has a great view of the swimming pool and patio area.

A large Mahogany dressing table and mirror are provided for convenience.

The other two bedrooms are furnished with the same decor of cream and wood with modern designer roller blinds and colourful artwork of expressive oil paintings. These two bedrooms consist of one having a double bed and the other twin beds. An adjoining balcony offers a fantastic view of the picturesque Mediterranean Sea and swimming pool.

All the bedrooms have built in floor to ceiling wardrobes and split air-conditioning for all year round comfort.

Outside

A large driveway accommodating up to four cars leads to the front door.

The large paved patio area surrounding the private swimming pool offers the opportunity to relax on one of the sun beds to catch up on that much awaited tan. The patio furniture provides the ideal setting to experience the traditional Cypriot life style of Al Fresco dining.

Location

These villas are ideally situated in the heart of Protaras nearest the sea. It is only a 100 Metres walk to the stunning Fig Tree Bay beach, where you have the opportunity of enjoying numerous water sports or just have a leisurely swim.

The extensive coastline offers beautiful views to those taking a slow ambling walk along the beach.

A car is not required as the villas are in very close proximity to all amenities, however if you wish to explore further a field of this extordinary Island, a car is recommended.

There are a vast array of restaurants and pubs for you to enjoy, but a 15 minute ride and you will arrive in the well renowned Ayia Napa where you can experience many of the clubs and nightlife that don't close until the early hours of the morning.

A 10 minute ride in the other direction, you will encounter the local municipal town of Paralimni, where you can shop at the local supermarkets that provide many popular brands from Europe, the ever-growing quantity of boutiques and cafe's where you can sit and watch the world go by, or alternatively you can chat with the friendly locals.
